The Talking Bruins begin their regular season on Friday, November 5th at the Richest Hill on Earth Tournament in Butte, MT. The bus will depart after 3rd period, at 11:04 a.m. We will be staying at the War Bonnett Inn. FRIDAY particulars: We will arrive at the motel with time to change into competition attire. Pizza will be provided on Friday night between the 2nd and 3rd round. We will go to a grocery store after the 3rd round to pick up other food. Bring your own spending money. SATURDAY particulars: Extemp Draw begins at 7:30 a.m. with rounds beginning at 8:00 a.m. The bus will depart from the hotel no later than 7:05 a.m. Lunch is on your own. We will provide $5 toward your Saturday, post tournament meal.
The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for 5:30ish on Saturday.

The drawing for the car is rapidly approaching. The winner will be drawn during halftime of the football game on Friday, October 30th. If you haven’t returned your tickets to JoAnne, please do so ASAP. All proceeds go directly to the student fund to help with our trips. Any unsold tickets must be returned before the drawing or YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to pay for them anyway. NO exceptions. Please get the tickets sold.
